Agreeable to instructions I have this day completed the settlement between Mrs Emily Reeves, Tempi Skinner and Edmund Maxey 
As follows -

To Mrs Reeves the net proceeds of 12 B/C sold. 732.77
10 B/C in N O unsold & weighing 5500 lbs estimated at 10 ct per lb. 5500. $1282.77
Mrs Reeves acct for supplies. $1228 43
Amt over and above Mrs Reeves' acct $54.34

Mrs Reeves agrees when the cotton is disposed of in N O should bring more than the amt estimated to pay over 5 11/11 to Edmund Maxey and 6 11/16 to Tempi Skinner after deducting one half of the net plus as stated in the decision of the arbitration

Amt of cotton on hand unsold.  10 Bales weighing 4742 lbs. Half to Mrs Reeves. 2371 lbs.
Tempi Skinner 6 11/11. 1293 lbs.
Edmund Maxey 5 11/11. 1078 lbs.
790 Bushels corn half to Mrs Reeves. 395. Bu

59 1/2 Bushels of corn set apart to Edmund Maxey, for deficiency of his share of cotton taken to pay Mrs Reeves acct.

Potatoes, cotton seed, and fodder previously divided and agreed to by all the parties
