Magr Allen H Huggins

Dr Mager I have sugested this extratradition to Tom Dixon who is indepted to Henry Coon he has failed to come up with his turn as he promised does not seem to be disposed to arange the matter Justly have made away with all his corn and cotton turned all over to other partys

I have done acording to your Orders but he seems not to regard them
