T   The same neccessity still exists for my drawing your attention to the fact that there are many of the Freedmen in need of Fuel as mentioned in my last Report

The military at this Post have been Recruited nearly to their full Standard during the month but I have been unable to find one that could be detailed as a Clerk in my office and would again respectfully ask your attention to the matter as given in my last Report.
