The within embraces reports from all the Counties of my Dist. except Sussex and Greenville. The officer in charge of Sussex Co. has not as yet rendered his report; it will be forwarded as soon as received. The officer in Greenville Co. was mustered out the last of the month, hence, no report will be received from that Co. 

You will also find two reports from Charlotte Co, the copy of which, dated Feb 28th is such a gross misrepresentation of facts, and is so
