I have the honor to report that as far as I have been able find out there exist good feeling between the Whites & Freedmen in this county.  The farmers are anxious to hire the freedmen and give them good wages and the freedmen are willing to work for them.  Few disputes have taken place between them during the last month which I have settled satisfactory to both parties.
