File Office Asst Supt Eastville Va April 1 1866 Pride O.S. Asst. Supt. Makes report of Bureau Affairs. States that one case has been before the Court of Concilliation. Hears of threats agaist the freedmen, but knows of no violence. The freedmen show a better change in appearance. Have two schools in operation. The small pox prevails in the county.
