Warsaw, Richmond County Va April 26" 1866 Ayres, Henry K.W. Lieut and Asst Supt Reports in reply to communication requiring information as regards the feeling existing beteen the Whites and Blacks. States they are feeling as amicably toward each other as possible-but of the latter do not work the former out of thier property-he will be mistaken E & M 3.72.10 Va D.1866. Bureau R.F. and A.L.
