Only one Contract has been made by me. no trial needet to be attendet by Freedmens Court, during the month, triveling cases were settled whether by me, or them self (parties) two Cases in which both the freedmen were the accusing partie. I hat to refere to Civil authority (the freedmans Court being adjourned) which both Cases were settled by the Magistrators to best satisfaction of me. 

The Registry of the married persons, seems to have some good influence of this freed people, finding them self recognized as somebody and not anymore exposed to, but protected for everybody; and while it by some will be a [[hot?]] prove to do so, the Majorithy will act accordingly; with the next report this register will be forwardet.
 
Up to present I have nether received nor issued any supleis of Provision or Clothing, but now, for some a few suffering person, I hat to make a Call for Provision on my Superiour Officer, Maj. Crandon. Those person destitute almost all, are in great need to be supported for about three Month, when new products will make their appearence. A party of Clothing is needet verry badly to. The health of the freedmen, in this County is very good, and no Medl. Attendance was rendered and Govt Medicine used during this Month 

The School Matter stands low here of course I am are not able to rent a house here; there in and around the town of Washington
