Bureau R.F. + A.L.
Prince George Co. Va.
June 1st. 1866

Capt Stuart Barnes
Supt 2nd. Dist,

Capt,
I have the honor to report that the Freedmen of Prince George County are orderly and working well.
I attended the Supreme Court judge chambers presiding three days in May.
Four criminal cases, in which Freedmen were defendants, were tried. I am pleased to state that no feeling against them as colored persons was exhibited, they were tried impartially
The two cases of small pox were discharged from the Hospital May 29th.
