Reports condition of Bureau affairs in counties of Augusta & Highland, great many freedmen complain of employer not paying them gives opinion of civil courts & magistrates also number of marriages requested &c. States case of Burkert & Galen still pending notwithstanding the order of Maj. Genl. Comdg. had given an order to squash it -
