Reports condition of Bureau affairs in counties of Augusta & Highland. Great many freedmen complain of employer not paying them. gives opinion of civil courts & magistrates also number of marriages requested etc.

States case of Burkert & Galen still pending notwithstanding the order of Maj Genl Comdg had given an order to squash it.
