In compliance with Circular No 6, dated Bureau R F and A Lands, Head Quarters Asst Comr State of Va Richmond Va January 29th 1866 — I have the honor respectfully to submit the following Report, of the Affairs of Freedmen in connexion with the Sub district of Richmond and Sidney for the Month of June 1866.
