Suspect slight variation - but obj. is near plate lim. and prob. red. Herbig says Franklin Adams chart 96 shows it at 8^[[m]]; normally about 14 [[strikethrough]] MA[[/strikethrough]]AM 11698 (16^[[h]]-30) May 10, 1916 (^[[24]] 20994.758) Plate taken same day F-A- chart shows nothing definite - but 10^[[m]] stars strong. Can't get at charts under the rubbish and furniture in Prime Vertical to check chart for defect. Other plates taken in May 1916 show nothing. Many MF plates on MWF 228 at 15^[[h]] 50 -31.6 Looked up all where 4 or more taken same night. Est by day - stars near var. No day run shows any pronounced variation.
