We the Undersigned W E Ross Employer and Frank Walker for himself and daughter Martha do hereby mutually agree to abide by the decision of the Board of Arbitration selected by them Mr W. E. Yancy being selected on the part of the Freedman Frank Walker, and Mr R. Fondren, by said W E Ross, and S. W. Lancaster, a third party by said Yancy & Fondren.

We the Undersigned, being called upon by W E Ross- and Frank Walker Freedman, to make a Settlement between them for year of 1867, do hereby Certify that they have read the Contract, and Carefully examined the acts of Mr Ross, and find them reasonable and correct, and a balance due Frank Walker & daughter Martha, after deducting their act of $124.00
