We the Undersigned W E Ross Employer & George Washington Freedman for himself & wife Mandy. do hereby mutually agree to abide by the disission [[decision]] of the Board of Arbitration. Selected by them, Mr W E Yancy being selected on the part of Freedman George Washington and Mr R Fondren, by Said W E Ross; and S W Lancaster, [[strikethrough]] by [[/strikethrough]] third party. by Said Yancy & Fondren.
