They have also raised Irish potatoes pinders peas pumpkins and other vegatables which I have not claimed any part of nor do I wish it. All this I am prepared to prove by disinterested parties both races. And oweing to Vina & son working out from home so mutch that have only made 1790 lbs lint gin weights which did not hold out, in Vicksburg, less 90 lbs by City weights out at said 1790 lbs she had to pay 1/12 for gining and 20 lbs for bagging and ties for which I paid. Also I paid all expences to Vicksburg hauling fenage taxes weighing and gave her, her half as pr agreement, which I am prepared to prove by Mr J. E. Davis, & Frank Phillips coloured as they were present when I paid her the money and were called on to witness the same.
I also furnished said Vina with 30 bushels of corn which she was to return at gathering time and she refuses to return the same.
She also refuses to give my portion of sweet potatoes. And in conclusion as proof of my disinterested motives I am willing to leave it to arbitration and let three disinterested parties settle the matter between us.

In the settlement between Wilson and Vina she expressed herself as being satisfied to me after I explained to her the reason why she did not make more, as expressed above.
