Office Sub Ass. Commissioner Jackson Miss — Sir We the Refereese in the case of Ajustment between Joseph Wilson and the freedmen in his employ; have examined each act seperately. And find them just and equitable and satisfactory to said freedmen, and we find that all provision Bills has been paid by Joseph Wilson, and that said Wilson is still indebted to the said fredmen and it will require all the seed cotton in his possession to pay off said freemen the balance due to them
