Terry Miss. Nov. 13. 1867

We the undersigned referees chosen by David Isham and A. J. Cassity to investigate the accounts and cause of complaint between the aforesaid David Isham and A. J. Cassity beg leave respectfully to report:

That after a full hearing of the statements of both parties and all the evidence in the case we the undersigned referees do agree that Mr. A. J. Cassity, after the account of said Cassity has been satisfied as per contract (which account has been admitted by the said Davis Isham) and thus said Cassity agreed to turn over in good faith any balance due in Cotton and other crops to Said David Isham.
Said Isham [[strikethrough]] full [[/strikethrough]] having full permission to take charge of and controll said balance of Cotton & other crops at his option_
