5 S east Va? not sure It's "5 Dist Va." ---------- Reopened for Editing 2024-03-01 18:55:43 First word should be "Bands" not "Banks"-look at the actual report that follows on page 27 and 28 where he talks about roving bands doing harm. I'm still not sure about "regulators" because it doesnt make sense in the context of the report
