ration were usuall monthly issued to old destitute & helpless freedmen & children, the same issue I partly have made, and shall have to keep up for the time, untill otherwarts support can be found for the sam.  The Depentents on the Gov't were not loss, surely will not increase, when the Employer will deal proper, with their Employes.

I have send one blind man, for whom I hope relief, being only two years blind to the Hospital. I have not heard of any Case of Disease.

Having hat much trivling matters to settle in the first time I cam, her, everything seems to be quiet yet.

No contract has been made this month.
