In conclusion I am happy to report the prosperous condition of the affairs of the Bureau in this county and the unmistakable signs of improvement among the Freedmen both in morals & industrial pursuits - The demand for labor exceeds the supply but very little Most all of the farmers having secured their labor for the year -
