Goochland C.H. Va. July 31, 1866. Wilson J.F. Lt & Asst Supt. Forwards report of Bureau Affairs, States, that the feeling between the two races is growing better. Complaints made to Magistrate of Freedmen and not energetically attended to In several instances the Freedmen have been driven from the crops they have labored on upon trivial complaints. There is less prejudice shown in the trials of Freedmen before the County Court than before the Magistrates.
