In consequence of absence from my sub dist. on Leave of Absence, during the greater part of the month of July. I am unable to give full reports in regard to the condition of Bureau affairs &c. but from such information as I have been able to obtain from the citizens and freedmen, every thing has been peaceable and quiet during my absence.
