Reports the condition of Bureau affairs in his Sub District, States there is no change since his last and nothing of interest to report, has been no trouble between whites & Blacks brought to his notice, although the bitter feeling still exists between them to a great extent.

Registry of Marriages - which is being taken on again - is progressing rapidly.
