Im giving report as above headet, I shall commence with the feeling of the two opposing races, and in this I have the honor to state, that I allways find the same different, and exactly as two characters [?] to gether, they show their feeling in their action; good men will always find good society; so also former good masters, will certainly now be good employer and finding theirfor the most reliable and senceable hands, he will treat them well, no prejudice on such place finding room the feeling must be good. Former bad masters, othersids, will be worse Employers now, & will when finally, by promising high wages only find second hand class, servants; full of prejudice and never intending to pay was promised the most labor being performed. easely find faults, and discharge them now, &
