Though a comparative failure will soon be of great assistance to the "Freedmen."

Stoppage of Rations
The effects that the stoppage of the rations will have upon the "Freedmen" cannot as yet be fully reported correspondence regarding the same with Dr. Power Presiding Justice York Co. was forwarded some days since.

Nothing new occurs to me, which may be of interest to the Asst Commr affairs having not materially changed since last reporting.

I will as explanatory of the monthly "Report" being written on this date instead of the 11th inst as ordered state that I have a Leave of Absence for twenty days, and I thought I would take the liberty of reporting the condition of "Bureau Affairs", up to the time of my leaving.
