Reports in obedience to Circ No 6. 
Hd Qrs Asst Com Va. dated Jan'y 29, 1866. that the affairs of the Bureau in his Sub Dist. are in a good condition. A tolerable good state of feeling, is existing between the Whites and Blacks. Finds that now the summer work is over, there is a disposition on the part of some of the Whites, to drive away without paying some Freedm'n
