Was driven from the farm on which he lived by the some of his former owner - Vegetables that he planted on a piece of land given him by his old master (deceased), were sold by the some - Parker asks for simple justice - gives the names of several witnesses -

Barry Clerk of U.S District Court, Portsmouth Va - The farm is fully planted with Corn. School has been taught in the house by Miss B. Harper but it is now in vacation
