I have the honor to forward herewith applications for property in the city of Norfolk, Va., - You will report on the actual loyalty, both past and present of both Mrs. Johns and Mr. Taylor and, as to whether the property was really abandoned -

You will also make a similar investigation in the case of A.F. Leonard, who asks for the restoration of the following property viz: Nos 22 & 23 and 24 Bank St, 26 and 28 W. Free Mason St; 14 Williams S; 111 South Church St, three (3) small tenements on North side of Charlotte St; one undivided half of No 17, 19 & 21 Main St, and one undivided fourth of Nos 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16 and 20 Talbot St, Norfolk - Also the case of Cyrus W. Grandy who asks restoration of one house and lot on Freemason St, four small houses on Newton and Beach Strs, and his interest in a term of years in a certain warehouse and lot on Newton Wharf, near the ferry - all in Norfolk, Va. -

Also the case of Martha B. Saunders who asks restoration of property in Norfolk now occupied by Capt. Hudson of the U.S.N.

Also the case of George Loyall who asks restoration of property No. 90 E. Main St, Norfolk -
