Flagg &c - This farm is occupied by 17 colored men who cultivate 148 acres, the balance is not occupied by Govt except to obtain a supply of fuel for use of troops, freemen &c. The buildings now on it were erected by a cavalry company for a long time stationed on the property - The leases of the present occupants expire on the 31st Decr. 1865.

The statements of Mr. Wynn I believe to be correct in every particular.
