Respectfully referred to Capt A.S. Flagg Supt &c Mrs Fitchett went away & abandoned her lands in 1861. and did not return until after the fall of Richmond. She has commenced the erection of a frame building on the premises for which she is paying cash. costing about $500. showing she has some funds. The cattle which she claims have been purchased by the negroes from authorized Gov't Agents and the money paid by them in full.
