In June Col Brown issued an order directing that this fishery be given back to the owner on condition that she should fulfill the conditions of the lease with Cook. After this order had been issued Cook paid in one Hundred Dollars or 1/4 part of his rent. The money was turned in to you by Lt. Keatley. I respectfully submit that the money should be returned to Mrs Bradford (Sgd.)
