Respectfully returned. If Capt Wilder will make out a list of persons that are to go and certify that they are dependent on the the Gov't I think we can get transportation although the War Dept has made the rule that transportation shall not be furnished.
If the statement that the parties are dependent on the Gov't for support can be certified, I think they would not refuse the transportation.
