Requests that the Chief Med' Off' be instructed to request the A.A. Surg in charge of Howard Grove Hospital to make a statement of the amount of rations issued at his Hospital during the month of August, and the value of them. 
Also one for the medicine issued, and its value for the same month, in order that he may be enable to complete his monthly report.
