Was returned to Capt Flagg by Major Lord with a letter of Mr Hartley✓ (formerly Sp't Treas'y ag't) in relation to said property on the 18th September. Was returned to Col Brown by Capt Flagg and attention called to letter of Mr Hartley on the 23rd September 1865. was returned by Col. O. Brown to Capt Flagg for evidence that the property has not been confiscated and sold. on the 26th of September 1865.
