Wilder A.Q.M. & Supt R.F. &c. This man moved away from this shore in the fall of 1860 or winter of /60/61/ - and before the war began. As far as I can learn he took no part in the rebellion either here or in Matthews Co. where he now resides. This tract of land has no fences and no timber and is worthless at present to the Bureau of R.F. & A.L. (Sg'd) Edwin. A.
