Four ambulances are absolutely necessary for the use of this Bureau- I would request that they be either transferred to me or retained by Chf Q.M. for our use.

States that he recd an order from Gen'l Howard to take possession of his house. "Since I have gotten this libel dismissed in Judge Underwood's court for the Eastern Dist of Va".
"I called on Capt Johnson and he required me to sign a lease for my house at ten dollars a month which I have enclosed". Requests that it be cancelled
