States "that he is in receipt of an order from Maj Genl Terry for restoration to "Rob't M. Larke citizen" of the Steam Engine Circular Saw Mill and appurtenances on the Henry H. Wise farm Princess Anne Co. States this engine &c are borne on his Returns of Qr Mr Property. Ways provided by N.S. A. [[?]] he cannot remove from his returned property by order of a Military Commander unless it be condemned without lazing himself and his bondsmen liable to the full amount &c &c.
