It was not the intention of the Commissioner to break the lease made while the property was in possession of the Bureau - but to turn it over to its former owner in the same condition as it was held by the Bureau. Col Brown will take no steps to eject the tenants. Whatever questions my be raised in courts in no way effect the Bureau.
