I have the honor to transmit herewith "Reports of the Condition of Bureau Affairs" of Asst Supts of this Dist., in compliance with Circular No. 6., c.s. Hd Qrs. Asst. Comr. Va.

The same comprise reports from all the Sub-Dists'. of this Dist, except that of Bt. Lt. Col Jordan in charge of the Counties of Cumberland, Prince Edward, Buckingham and Charlotte, who owing to ill health, has not been able to complete his report and probably will not for some time.
