I have the honor to submit the following report of Bureau affairs in this Sub. Dis comprising Warren & Page Counties Va for the month of December 1866

Nothing has transpired during the present month to call the attention of the Asst Supt to an interference no one has call'd upon me for assistance either in settling disputed or for assistance in food or raiment

the Freedmen's bureau took care of food (rations) and clothing for indigent people.... Raiment is an old-fashioned word for clothing, particularly fancy clothing
