Reports that the Whites who treat the Freedmen well and pay fair wages have no trouble is obtaining all the labor they require.
The whites are willing to sell land to the Freedmen and also lease them land for a term of years The whites seem willing to deal kindly and liberally with the Freedmen not much destitution prevails among them many old and inform Freedmen are still supported by their former owners.
sufficient provision has not yet been made by the counties for the support of the poor The condition of the Freedmen is improved
