Reports in compliance with Cir No 6 Hd Quars Asst Comr Jany 29 1866, reports that the feeling between whites and blacks is not very good, have no confidence in each other.
Is a disposition on the part of some of the Magistrates to ignore the Bureau, for example, Duff Greed, a Magistrate of Stafford Co. Va, stated to him a short time since Words to this effect, "that he did not intend to pay any more attention to the Freedmens Bureau as the supreme court had decided against it
