Reporrts that the Freedmen are treated with more consideration by the Whites States the Freedmen object to their wives working in the field The Magistrates are disposed to treat the Freedmen with justice and fairness.
   The County of Madison has not made provision for the relief of destitute Freedmen  The county of Greene provides for them in the same manner as they provide for the destitute white
   Good feeling exists between the Whites and Freedmen generally
