do justice to loyal citizens One magistrate Wm H Gaines The Presiding justice of Farquier County I believe while a southern man will do his duty with out fear or favor.  I wish I could say as much about the Magistrates at Warrenton Junction (Mr. Stone) I have received no complaints what ever from Prince William County this month. 

The school building is being rapidly completed and would have been done now if the weather would have permitted The school is in a prosperous condition and would have been larger if the murder of Henry Clay Lee (before reported) had not caused the teacher to close his school for about a week
