The proceedings of the "Court" has been greatly interrupted of late owning to the pressure of other important and unusual business, several important cases of outrages to Freedmen still remain unsettled and as soon as time admits will be duly acted upon and reported.

Affairs appear to be in a prosperous condition in this county.  The "Freedmen" are industriously employed and apparently are pushing their best interests vigorously.
