I have the honor to make the following report in regard to Bureau affairs in general in my Sub-dist
Everything is about the same as at my last report. A good state of feeling seems to exist between the Whites and freedmen and but one case of injustice or oppression has been reported to me and that is now under investigation.
Owing to the continued bad weather none of the farmers are at work and consequently there is a great deal if idleness among the freedmen, but as soon as good weather sets in there will be plenty of work.
There appears to be very little destitution among the freedmen and fewer
