In compliance with Par 1 Genl Orders No 30 C.S. from your office I have the honor to report that an inspection has been made in this Sub Dist as per instructions in said order. In order to arrive at an approximate number of freedpeople at different places with in the Sub Dist at which there is now no schools in operation for the benefit of freedpeople.
