C. Fisk City Marshall of VBurg Miss. in relation to the case of Alexander Parish concerning the unlawful detention of his team and wagon by some parties not mentioned having been referred to this office. I have to request further information concerning the matter as to who the persons who first obtained the team are. Where the team is at present and who has possession of it also the P.O. address of Mr Parish. If the team cannot be recovered by a writ of replevin by process of civil law it might be wise for Mr Parish to come to this place and make an affidavit before me and furnish the information which may be desired.
