Two of the teachers sent here by the "Phila Friends Association" as teachers in the freedmens school resigned during the past month. They stated bad treatment from the superintendent to be the cause of their leaving.
The school has now but one teacher I am informed that two more will be here in a few days. I do not think three teachers enough The number of scholars in daily attendance require at least the attention of five teachers
